Session Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because sessions are reserved in advance with Kelly & and she has limited availability, sessions may only be rescheduled only one time if you email us at least 72 hours before your session.

If you don’t email us within 72 hours to reschedule your session, there will be no refunds & we cannot reschedule your session.

If there is a real emergency, please reach out to us at kaytuhands2healing@gmail.com - we’ll consider those on a case-by-case basis.

Health & Safety Policy
Sessions and classes are not to be used as a substitute for medical care or for flu or cold-like symptoms.

If you’re having a psychiatric crisis, please connect with your therapist or the nearest emergency services.

Energy work and in-person consultations are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 72-hour notice period, we will waive the cancellation fee.

Consent for Treatment
Energy work and consultations, when performed in-person, involve maintaining touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, and therefore may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. When you book an in-person session, you acknowledge the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time and voluntarily agree to assume those risks, releasing and holding harmless KayTu Hands2healing and its practitioners from any claims related thereto. Your booking gives consent to receive treatment from KayTu Providers.
